Delivery Deadlines
The delivery time varies from 5 to 7 business days depending on the day of the week the payment for the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed by our financial department and during the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside of that schedule will be prepared on the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
The purchase tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during their registration on the online store. https://elalmacenfotovoltaico.com/en/ and they can also be accessed in the customer's registration account created on the online store https://elalmacenfotovoltaico.com/en/.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays there will be no delivery or pickup of orders.
The delivery will be made promptly under the responsibility of the carrier.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to note any anomalies on the delivery receipt document.
Shipping costs will be free for orders over 299€, except for solar panel shipments (the cost of which will be communicated upon receipt of the quote). If the order total is below that amount, the shipping cost will be 9.9€.
The 21% VAT is included in the prices.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, regardless of the total price, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please contact us so we can provide you with a shipping quote.
Claim of undelivered orders

Cancellations
If once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as you indicate it through the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address logistics@elalmacenfotovoltaico.com, customer service form or by phone at the number (+34) 858 22 51 45, indicating the order number you wish to cancel.
Return Policy
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without the need to indicate a reason and without incurring any costs except for the shipping expenses, which will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:
(c) The supply of goods made to the consumer and/or user's specifications or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods that, after their delivery and considering their nature, have been mixed in an indissociable way with other goods.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method that the user used to make the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, meaning it should be in perfect condition and, of course, it cannot be damaged, dented, or show clear signs of use that would prevent its resale. When shipping the product back, it must be properly packaged to protect it during transit.
Procedure:
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to do so. You will fill out the form established for this purpose in the "My Account" section or make another unequivocal statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
Whether by one means or another, your communication should include the following information:
Your identifying information: full name and address
Order number listed on the invoice that has been sent to you along with the purchased item
Description of the acquired asset
Your willingness to withdraw from the sales contract.
Date of communication
If you submit your request through a non-electronic means (e.g. postal mail), it must be signed.
