The Lithium Batteries 3.55kWh Pylontech H48074 incorporates multiple communication protocols that allow the Pylontech lithium battery to communicate to share its charging parameters and function properly. No maintenance is required with the 3.55kWh Lithium Battery. It is important to prevent the battery from operating in extremely temperature and humidity environments to ensure its lifespan.
The Pylontech management system has various administration and protection features including overcharge, overfeed, and extreme temperatures. The system automatically manages the state of charge and discharge, and the energy required for the module, and the voltage of each battery cell.
The operating temperature range of Pylontech batteries is from -10ºC to 50ºC (charge from 0ºC to 50ºC; discharge from -10ºC to 50ºC).
The lightweight and compact dimensions of Pylontech batteries make them easily manageable, with a standard integrated design module of less than 50cm.

Everything is monitored by BMS Pylontech BMS SC1000-100S HV, which distributes energy among all the battery cells. The BMS Pylontech SC0500A HV is necessary for the connection of the Pylontech H48074 48V HV. A BMS is required for groups that must have a minimum of 5 accumulators and a maximum of 12. The BMS Pylontech BMS SC1000-100S HV connects power cables, battery communication cables, and on the other side, connects to the inverter, which charges and discharges the batteries according to demand. It has an accessible general cut-off switch to safely disconnect the battery system.
All Pylontech H48074 48V HV batteries are connected in series, as independent modules, and in turn to the left port of the BMS Pylontech BMS SC1000-100S HV. The BMS incorporates an additional pair of connectors, positive and negative, to connect it to the inverter. For data communication, it includes a port that communicates with all the batteries in the connected block.
It is highly recommended to size the battery bank, to avoid the need for expansion later on. In case of expansion, contact technical support for an expansion protocol.
