The APsystems ECU-C communication unit connects via Zigbee protocol, allowing real-time data collection and monitoring of each microinverter. It enables panel-by-panel monitoring. Additionally, it has 2 inputs for current clamp meters to measure production and grid feed-in. It offers the option of zero feed-in and surplus diversion.

For proper operation, 2 units of current transformers must be acquired for the indirect measurement of supply and bus line of the microinverters, in the case of a single-phase installation.
Three-phase installations can be carried out with these inverters, having a QS1 or YC600 on each phase.
Another advantage is that it allows access to each microinverter for maintenance tasks, as well as system updates. These tasks will be carried out remotely by the EMA technical support.
