The SOLIS S6 - GR1P2K-M single-phase grid inverter with a nominal power of 2000W is a compact, efficient, and highly reliable inverter. It is an improved version of the S5.
The S6-GR1P is designed for residential installations. The maximum input current per MPPT is 14 A. It is compatible with high-power and bifacial panels. Its compact design simplifies installation.
The integrated AFCI function helps reduce the risk of fire. In case of an electric arc, it disconnects the string for safety. This function is not included in inverters at its price level such as Solax, Sofar, Growatt.
Another feature that sets it apart from inverters in its price range is the incorporation of Type II surges in AC and DC.
An additional wifi adapter DLS-W must be purchased for monitoring.
The unit is parallelizable up to 10 units with the accessory S2-WL-ST.
The structures of the solar panels are not included as standard in the kit, due to the variety of supports, types of roofs, and locations where solar panels can be placed. The device installs in seconds and connects to the Internet via Wifi. It has three status LEDs and collects data every five minutes.
