Structure kit for photovoltaic solar panel. Coplanar support Sunfer 01V4 for continuous screwing for sloped roof with anchoring to concrete and/or wood. It has the capacity for four panels of 60 or 72 cells arranged vertically.
Maximum size of the panel 2279 x 1150 mm and width of 30 to 45 mm.
The kit is easy to install, without the need to remove the tile, and allows for expansion according to the needs.

The structure kit for coplanar support Sunfer 01V04 is designed for fixing photovoltaic solar panels on any type of sloped roof, with anchoring to concrete and/or wood.
We remind you that for other types of roofs, at El Almacén Fotovoltaico, we have other specific Sunfer kits, such as for sandwich panel, sheet metal roofs, or ground installation.
The panels are to be installed vertically and can accommodate panels with 60 and 72 cells and with maximum dimensions of 2279 x 1150 mm, as well as a width between 30 and 45 mm.
The system is screwed to the concrete/wood using a double-threaded screw with a sealing washer, made of stainless steel (A2-70).
We recommend anchoring it on the ridge of the tile to prevent any type of leaks.
Depending on the system on which the tile roof is mounted, whether it is wood or concrete, at El Almacén Fotovoltaico, we advise you to prepare the kit installation differently. While for the roof on a concrete layer, we recommend using mesh or basket, and chemical anchor. In the case of installing the kit on wooden beams, we recommend pre-drilling the wooden beam without using a hammer drill, with a diameter smaller than the included screw. All this is to facilitate the assembly for you.
The Sunfer seal joints are made of EPDM.
This structure is intended for tile roofs. It withstands winds of up to 150 km/h. The technical data sheet includes a section on wind loads.

The structure materials are entirely made of high-quality aluminum, while the screws and accessories are made of stainless steel.
The alloy of the profiles is EN AW 6005A T6, which is a high-strength aluminum alloy.
It offers up to 15 years of warranty on its original material and up to 25 years on anodizing.
