Structure kit for photovoltaic solar panel. Sunfer 01V1 coplanar support for continuous screwing for sloped roof with anchoring to concrete and/or wood. It has the capacity for 60 or 72 cell panel arranged vertically.
Maximum size of the panel 2279 x 1150 mm and width of 30 to 45 mm.
The kit is easy to install, without the need to remove the tile, and allows for expansion as needed.

The structure kit for coplanar support Sunfer 01V01 is designed for fixing a photovoltaic solar panel on any type of sloped roof, with anchoring to concrete and/or wood.
We remind you that for other types of roofs, at The Photovoltaic Warehouse, we have other specific Sunfer kits, such as for sandwich panel, sheet metal roofs, or ground installations.
The panel installation will be vertical and can accommodate panels with 60 and 72 cells and that have maximum dimensions of 2279 x 1150 mm, as well as a width between 30 and 45 mm.
The system is screwed onto concrete/wood using a double-threaded screw with sealing washer, made of stainless steel (A2-70).
We recommend anchoring it on the ridge of the tile to prevent any type of leaks.
Depending on the system on which the tile roof is mounted, whether it is wood or concrete, from The Photovoltaic Warehouse, we advise you to prepare the kit installation differently. While for a roof on a concrete layer, we recommend using mesh or basket, and chemical anchor. In the case of installing the kit on wooden beams, we recommend pre-drilling the wooden beam without hammer action, with a diameter smaller than the included screw. All this to facilitate assembly for you.
The Sunfer sealing joints are made of EPDM.
This structure is designed for tile roofs. It withstands winds of up to 150 km/h. The technical data sheet includes a section on wind loads.

Before installation, it must be verified that the roof structure is rigid enough to support the photovoltaic solar panels.
The structure materials are manufactured entirely in high-quality aluminum, while the screws and accessories are made of stainless steel.
The alloy of the profiles is EN AW 6005A T6, which is a high-strength aluminum alloy.
It offers up to 15 years of warranty on its raw material and up to 25 years on anodizing.
Depending on availability, the shipment will be made in different packaging.
