Kit 2 Coplanar screw-on support for Sunfer 01V2 tile roof cover.

The structure kit for coplanar support Sunfer 01V02 is designed for fixing photovoltaic solar panels on any type of sloped roof, with anchoring to concrete and/or wood.

We remind you that for other types of roofs, at El Almacén Fotovoltaico, we have other specific Sunfer kits, such as for sandwich panels, sheet metal roofs, or ground installations.

The panels are to be installed vertically and can accommodate panels with 60 and 72 cells and with maximum dimensions of 2279 x 1150 mm, as well as a width between 30 and 45 mm.

The system is screwed onto concrete/wood using a double-threaded screw with a sealing washer, made of stainless steel (A2-70).

We recommend anchoring it on the ridge of the tile to prevent any leaks.

Depending on the system on which the tile roof is mounted, whether it is wood or concrete, at El Almacén Fotovoltaico, we advise you to prepare the installation of the kit differently. While for a roof on a concrete layer, we recommend using mesh or basket, and chemical anchor. In the case of installing the kit on wooden beams, we recommend pre-drilling the wooden beam without percussion, with a diameter smaller than that of the included screw. All this to facilitate the installation process for you.

The Sunfer sealing joints are made of EPDM.

This structure is designed for tile roofs. It can withstand winds of up to 150 km/h. The technical data sheet includes a section on wind loads.
